The Company makes no representation or warranty that any Deliverable will precisely replicate the visual outcome of a completed renovation project.

3.2 Color Accuracy Disclaimer

Colors depicted in design visualizations are digital approximations of paint, siding, trim, and other material colors. The Company expressly disclaims any representation that colors shown in Deliverables will match actual physical paint or material colors as applied to a real structure. Color appearance is subject to significant variation based on the following factors, all of which are outside the Company’s control:

The Client acknowledges that product availability and pricing change over time and that the Company cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy between the products depicted in a Deliverable and those available in the market at the time of the Client’s renovation project.

6. Contractor and Third-Party Performance

Facade Line LLC provides design visualization services only. The Company does not select, hire, supervise, manage, or in any way oversee contractors, subcontractors, tradespeople, painters, or other individuals who may be engaged by the Client to implement the designs depicted in Deliverables. The Company shall have no liability whatsoever for:
