About Us

Facade Line is focused on creating clear, photo-realistic exterior visuals before construction begins. We help homeowners, builders, and property owners understand the full potential of their exterior through thoughtful design decisions rooted in architecture, proportion, and context.

Our work allows you to explore ideas visually before committing to materials, contractors, or major decisions, ensuring that every choice feels informed and intentional.

Projects range across residential exteriors, including existing homes, renovations, new builds, and properties being prepared for sale or investment. Select commercial and multi-unit properties are also considered when clear exterior direction and visual consistency are essential. The scope can vary from subtle refreshes to complete transformations and blueprint-based designs.

The entire process is handled virtually, allowing the exterior to be fully visualized before construction begins. Rather than managing permits, construction, or technical drawings, the focus is on defining a clear visual direction that supports real-world decision-making.

The approach is highly collaborative. Client input is essential in shaping a cohesive exterior concept that can be confidently shared with architects, builders, or contractors.

Each design is created by experienced exterior designers with a strong understanding of architectural structure, material relationships, proportion, and visual balance. While the process is digital, every project is crafted by real people rather than automated systems or templates.

Client involvement plays an important role in shaping the final design. At the beginning of the project, you’ll be asked to share details about the property along with goals, preferences, concerns, and anything you already like or dislike about the exterior.

The more insight provided, the more accurately the design can reflect personal taste, support how the property is used, and align with long-term  пlans. Professional guidance leads the process, but client input ensures the result feels personal, intentional, and considered.

Absolutely. Inspiration images, stylistic references, or general design directions are always welcome. Whether preferences are clearly defined or still evolving, they help inform the overall approach. Inspiration is interpreted through the lens of the home’s architecture and surroundings to create a cohesive result rather than a direct copy.

While construction costs are not managed directly, design decisions are made with practicality in mind. Sharing any budget considerations, phasing plans, or constraints upfront helps ensure the final design feels realistic, achievable, and aligned with  Дxpectations.

Design Process

Yes. Many projects benefit from designing more than one elevation, especially when the front and side views are visually connected or when consistency matters across the full exterior. Additional sides can be included as part of your order, and we’ll guide you on what images or references are needed for each elevation so the final visuals feel cohesive rather than piecemeal.

Yes. In addition to residential work, we take on select commercial and multi-unit projects where a clear exterior direction and visual consistency are essential. This can include storefronts, office exteriors, leasing offices, multi-residential buildings, hospitality-type properties, and similar spaces that benefit from a strong curb-appeal strategy and a cohesive exterior identity.

Yes. When you’re building new or planning a major renovation, we can create realistic exterior visuals from architectural elevations and plans. This service is designed to translate drawings into a clear, photo-realistic concept, so key decisions about materials, color, detailing, and overall character are made with confidence before construction begins. The more complete your elevations and reference information are, the more accurate and build-ready the final visualization will be.

Yes — when there is clear guidance to follow. If an addition, structural adjustment, or reconfiguration is shown in plans or elevations, we can visualize it accurately. Without drawings or detailed guidance, we can still help explore many exterior changes visually, but we avoid “inventing” major new structures from scratch because realism and buildability matter. In general, architectural elements such as porches, porticos, pergolas, covered entries, dormers, and thoughtful door/window adjustments are often possible to visualize, while major expansions and new volumes require plans to ensure accuracy.

Once your order is placed and we have everything needed from your submission, the design process begins. Typical timelines depend on the scope of the service: Paint Only projects are usually delivered faster, while Full Transformation and Design from Blueprint generally require more time due to the level of detail involved. After reviewing your submission, we confirm an estimated delivery timeframe so you know what to expect. If you don’t hear from us during that window, it simply means your project is actively in progress, and we’ll reach out if anything needs clarification. If you are working with a tighter deadline, expedited delivery may be available depending on current workload and scope.

Yes. Your final design includes a clear visual direction for paint and materials within the context of your home or building. When specific product guidance is helpful, we can reference it, but the priority is always clarity of design intent rather than limiting you to a single vendor. We don’t recommend products based on commissions; selections are made because they fit the architecture, proportion, and overall concept. We also strongly recommend testing paint colors and viewing material samples in person before final purchase, since lighting conditions, surrounding elements, and screens can shift how color is perceived.

Some elements are best sourced locally due to customization, availability, or cost considerations. In those cases, the design still communicates exactly what the element should feel like visually, while your contractor or supplier helps select the closest real-world option.

Landscape design is offered as an optional add-on and can be added to your order during checkout for an additional fee.

When selected, landscape is created as a visual layer that strengthens curb appeal and completes the overall exterior concept. Since we do not take measurements or produce technical planting plans with exact spacing, the landscape direction is conceptual and proportional. Planting choices are guided primarily by your hardiness zone and the design style of your home, and we place plant groupings to show scale, height transitions, and
composition. Many clients then work with a local nursery or landscape professional to finalize plant varieties and spacing based on their site conditions, while keeping the overall design intent intact.

Absolutely. Many of the best projects begin by identifying fixed elements and designing around them with intention. If you’ve recently invested in a roof, want to keep your natural brick, or prefer to leave windows untouched, you simply tell us what stays. We treat those as anchors, then refine everything else to create a cohesive, elevated result that feels deliberate rather than constrained.

Before We Begin

You don’t need to stress about taking the perfect photo — but a clear, well-composed image makes a big difference. Since we build directly on your photo, the way it’s taken plays an important role in how accurate and realistic your final design will be.

For the best results, aim for a straight, level view that clearly shows the main side of your home. Angled photos are still usable, but a straight-on image gives us the highest level of clarity and allows for more precise design decisions.

To make things even easier, we also provide a Photo Guide with clear examples and simple guidelines. It’s a quick way to understand what works best so we can create the most accurate and realistic design possible.

Yes — and it’s often helpful. You’re welcome to upload extra angles, detail shots, or context photos (especially if landscaping, trees, or vehicles block the view).

That said, for each elevation you purchase, we’ll select one primary photo to build the rendering from. Additional photos are used as reference so we can make better design decisions and keep proportions consistent.

This is very common, and it usually isn’t a problem. Start by submitting your best straight-on photo, even if something is in the way. Then add 1–3 extra angles that show what’s hidden behind the trees or shrubs. In many cases, we can design around the obstruction using the reference photos to understand what’s there. If the visibility is too limited to work accurately, we’ll contact you with simple next steps.

Note: we can review additional photos, but we typically can’t use a heavily distorted or panoramic image as the main “before” photo.

If you realize you missed something right after checkout, reach out as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to incorporate the update if we haven’t started production yet.

Once design work is underway, changes may be limited depending on timing — but we’ll always tell you what’s possible and what would meaningfully impact the outcome.

Yes. If you already have selections, upload photos, links, or product names so we can match them as closely as possible in the rendering.

We can design around “fixed selections” and build the rest of the exterior palette to support them — while keeping proportions, contrast, and overall style cohesive.

As always, we recommend ordering samples (paint swatches, siding/stone samples) before final purchase, since every material looks different in different light.

You don’t need perfect “design vocabulary” to get a great result. If you’re unsure how to describe a roof detail, trim, window style, or any  architectural feature, you can simply point it out in your notes (or reference it in an inspiration photo).

To make things even easier, we also provide an Dictionary of Architectural Terms with clear visuals and simple definitions of common terms. It’s a quick way to find the right name (or confirm what you mean) so we can understand your goals faster and translate them more accurately into the final design.

After You Receive Your Design

Yes. One complimentary revision is included so you can refine select elements after reviewing your design. This is intended for focused adjustments—such as color depth, material balance, entry details, or other specific features you’d like to fine-tune.

If you’d like additional changes beyond the complimentary revision, paid revisions are available. Pricing depends on the scope of what you’d like to modify.

For the smoothest turnaround, submit revision requests through the link provided in your delivery email so your feedback is connected to the correct project and we can begin promptly.
